Tucked away at the north end of Palolem Beach the Nook is set in an amazing quiet location amongst the palm trees. It was my fifth stay in six years and the charm of the place and the staff has still not faded. There are a range of huts to suit whatever budget you are on and are all of a high standard, with the front huts facing the beach particularly beautiful, designed with a Rajastan influence. The staff are all helpful, friendly and create a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant serves up many Indian delights, local Goan cuisine and serve the best breakfast and as for the tandoor in the evening it is in my mind the best tandoori chicken/fish on the beach. The general atmosphere is relaxed and before you know it you’ve extended your stay there. It is a very hard place to leave!!
